Participant in Law clinic in International Criminal Law set up by Prof. Stefano Manacorda and Prof. M. Valeria del Tufo at Saint Maria Capua Vetere University,  LC connected with the other one contemporarily going on at the University of Paris. Study of the role that International Criminal Court rules, Regulations and Law have on single cases. Meetings with judges and lawyers from the court.

Naples and Rome since 1999

Forensic practice at Honorable Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi’s Law Firm that predominantly handles Criminal Law cases. Also involved in Atty Paola Severino’s Law Firm. They handle predominantly: preparation of juridic acts, doctrinal and Law research, scheme preparations for discussions among Law Office Attorneys, analysis of trial examinations for witnesses and for the indicted, constitution in single hearings before a monocratic judge.

Subjects dealt with: white collar workers, financial crime, fraud, advertising frauds, slander.

In the course of practice,  questions dealt with include protection of privacy especially with respect to Law 675/1996 on behalf of companies which handle electoral campaign market research.

Knowledge of  both written and spoken English. In February 2001 – T.O.E.F.L test. Currently travelling frequently abroad in order to better fluency.Sufficient comprhension of the French language.

Daily use of Internet Explorer and Windows (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access).

Various interests: years of acting clases and involvement in theatre and film.
