Francesca Siniscalchi

               

Francesca Siniscalchi was born Rome and graduated in Law there in 1989. Thereafter ( from 1989-1992), she went to Germany and Switzerland to continue her studies. She passed her Bar Exam in 1993. She completed a research project entitled “ Theory of State and Political Comparative Institutions” in 1997.

Since 1995, she has been a linquistic jurist for the Court of Justice of the European Community and for the European Parliament. Since  April 2002, she has been a jurist for The General Management of Public Health on the European Commission.

She is responsible for the correspondence in European Community Law and in International Criminal Law on our website.
