Gaetano Balice has been working with Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi since he graduated in Law in 1990. He has continued concentrating on his legal knowledge both in Italy and abroad. His has acquired a very good level of English and French. He attended a Public Notary course at the Public Notary Board of Naples where he concentrated on the formal and substantial problems concerning Contract Law, Business Law and Property law along with the code norms with regards to inheritance mortis causa. He took two exams for admission to research Doctorate programs in Penal law and Procedure: the first at the University of Federico II in Naples and the second at the University of La Sapienza in Rome. He passed both. In collaboration with “Criminal Business” magazine (directed by Prof. Elio Palombi), Gaetano Balice published two studies: one adherent to Criminal Labor Law entitled “ Delegation of Functions and Legal Responsabilities” and the other entitled “Illegal Financial Crimes in Political Parties between Procedure and Legislative Innovations”. Thanks to Siniscalchi’s prestigious Law office, Atty Balice immediately received the opportunity of rooting himself in the most various penal disciplines. In particular, he has specialized in: Construction crimes and environmental crimes. Negligent crimes and crimes against a person: having studied, for example, all the scientific case histories concerning asbestos contamination. In particular, he concentrated on the study of the first cases dated back to the beginning of the 20th century. He studied the relationship between casualties according to covered scientific laws developed from the time of the Second World War until today. He also studied the Criminal discipline of health prevention for workers and the legal medical discipline concerning on-the-job illness. Medical crimes: Atty Balice has participated, as a teacher, in a course organized by the first Policlinic of Naples in the updating of medical personnel in terms of responsability in medical negligence in addition to facing the inherent thematics of volontary pregnancy interruption, use of excessive measures in keeping a patient alive, euthanasia, informed consent, along with organ transplants, therapy refusal and a Doctor’s liability. Atty Balice has participated in an English course at the European Law in Trier where he updated his European Community skills concerning juridic problems born through the encounter of different juridic cultures in the field of information and data and image transmission. Commercial fraud and crimes where the consummer is dammaged: intense study and updating in communitary and national disciplines in vigor. In particular, Atty Balice is involved in various types of milk derivitive production (like butter) that reflects on the hypotheses of Italian organized crime. Public Administration crimes. He has done an in-depth study of numerously connected sciences: Legal Medicine, Balistic Medicine, and Psychology.
