Born in Naples on July 7, 1969, Gianpiero Pirolo graduated in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II” in March 1992. He discussed his thesis on the prerogatives of a defence lawyer in the Penal Code. In October 1995, at the same University, he completed his specialization in Penal Law and Procedure. He handed in a thesis relative to substantial and Court profiles of so-called ‘computer crimes’.

He has been part of the Siniscalchi Law Firm since May 1992. He passed the Bar Exam  in 1994 receiving the Toga of Honor, belonging to Atty Michele Purificato, for his high marks at that exam.

He takes care of the entire range of the Penal Norms with special attention given to the problematics of  medical liability and special environmental legislation.
