Lawyer, Right of Defence for higher levels of Justice

Giuseppe Siniscalchi lives in Milan where he graduated at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan. His thesis was entitled “The Right of Claiming Property by the Grantor in Financial Leasing”: Supervisor: Atty Piero Schlesinger. He continued working as a practitioner in Atty Schlesinger’s office in Milan for the following five years.

He has been working as an Atty since 1989 and received the right to defend for higher levels of Justice in 2001. He has been working together with Maris Legal Firm in Milan for the past ten years.

In particular, he works on:

1. the writing of numerous acts (of all types) primarily, and not only, in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Law

2. participation in numerous hearings, meetings, etc…

3. the reading of juridic reviews in order to update his professional preparation (above all concerning all types of contracts and general obligations)

4. doctrine and legal research

5. research and participation in meetings for a study commission (to which Atty Schlesinger and Atty Jaeger have also taken part) nominated in July of 1986 by a public institution: this commission has been particularly concerned with problems relative to the eventual transformation of municipalized companies into s.p.a.

6. the writing of commemtary notes on high level court decisions published in ‘Il Corriere Giuridico’ Review no. 2 dated February 2, 1991, at page 186 ss in the subject of handling services.
