He has been involved for decades in an intense professional career. He has been a protagonist in numerous clamourous cases. He has been given the “Nicola Amore”and the “Pasquale Rossi” awards of eloquence.

He has been a University assistant for Roman and Penal Law for many years.

He has been Counselor for the Bar Association of Naples many times and has also been elected President.

He has been a member of the Penal Law Commission at U.I.A. (Union International des Avocats).

He is a member of the managerial staff of the Italian Association for Penal Law.

He has participated in Ministry Works Commission for the reform of the Higher Court.

He has held numerous  conferences, participating through reports and as a speaker, at main juridic and journalistic congresses dedicated to different problematics in Italy and abroad. In particular, he has written reports and publications in the subject concerning Economic Penal Law.

He collaborates on newspapers, specialized magazine and television programs. At the University of Urbino, he teaches lesson cycles on “Penal Law Profiles in the Press and on Television”.

He has sat in on study sessions dedicated to the problems of economic crime in the international community organized by the University of Urbino and the EEC.

Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi was elected to the House of Parliment as Deputy in the XII,XIII and XIV Legislatures (the latter is currently still in session). He has been a component of the Justice Commission and is currently Vice President of the Special Anti-Corruption Commission.  Currently, he is President of the Authorizations and Procedures Committee.
