Roberta de Lillo

        

Atty Roberta de Lillo finished her studies at the University of Naples and graduated in 1989.

While in practice, Atty de Lillo has worked on research, on in-depth case studies and she has written extra-judicial business reports.

She attended an updating course on European Law and Means of Communication at ERA,  European Accademy of Law in Trier, in collaboration with EMD European Institute of Brussells in November 1997.

In 1992, she passed her Bar Exam. She was given a ‘toga of honor’ by the Bar Association of Naples in 1993 for the high marks received for that exam.

Teacher for formation courses organized by the ASL Napoli 1 Ethic Committee for Doctors and paramedics in 1999 and 2000. Subject dealt with: “Life Ethics and Health Course on CONSENSO IN FORMATO”.

Teacher in 2000 and 2001 for ethics and health course about problems concerning NEWBORN RIGHTS.

Having been a Penal Lawyer for the past ten years, she has dealt primarily with crimes concerning woman and minors and crimes against a person in general.

Being a member of Onda Rosa Association, a woman’s association, Atty de Lillo has been working with the City Hall Social Political Councillorship in the management of free legal and psychological consultation in favor of women since 1996.

She has also been actively involved in the life of the Association relative to the creation and promotion of initiatives (conferences, debates, formative meetings) finalized in spreading out knowledge of women rights.

She participates in the Anti-Violence Center web and in the Institutional Management Committee at the Women’s Center of the City of Naples.

She has collaborated on the writing of the law proposal about an institution of “Homes for battered Women”.

In addition, she has participated in the activation of a legal and psychological consulation teller for non-European immigrants and in the creation of an experimental project – European Communitary Initiative Urban Italy – presented in Naples on June 27, 2000.
