Fabio Viglione

       

Fabio Viglione was born on October 31, 1970 in Civitavecchia.

He received his high school diploma at “Quinto Orazio Flacco” in Venosa.

He graduated in Law at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.

He worked as a practitioner in Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi Law Firm in Rome.

He passed his Bar Exam in 1997 and is registered with the Rome Bar Association.

He works in the Penal Procedure Dept. with Prof. Delfino Siracusano at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.  In the academic year 1999/2000, he worked with study groups  at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome in the subject of : Preliminary Hearings and Alternative Proceedings of Debate.

From July to December of 1999, he worked with and was a consultant for the President - On. Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi – for the “Legalization Committee” of the House of Deputees Since June 2001, he has been working with and has been a consultant for the President - On. Atty Vincenzo Siniscalchi - for the “Authorizations and Procedures Board” of the House of Deputees.

He has worked in the writing of numerous law proposals from On. Siniscalchi affferent to modifications of the Penal Code and Penal Procedure Code.

He is a legal consultant for “Quaderni Radicali” Review.In October 2001, he held two study seminars at the Economy and Finance High School on: “Duties and Powers of Judicial Police and the Relationship with the Public Ministry”.

He spoke at the Second International Conference of Sexuology held on October 6-8, 2001 entitled: “Sexual Violence – Legislative Budget and Reform Prospects”. In October 2001, he published a commentary on a Law decree concerning sport violence for the on-line Agency “Quaderni Radicali”.
